Laboratory Analysis

 

Our experienced Lab Technicians run multiple tests prior and post filling. Regularly conducting the following tests:

  • GF – Glucose | Fructose

  • GFS – Glucose | Fructose | Sucrose

  • Malic

  • Acetic

  • S02

  • Calcium

  • C02

  • D02

  • Alcohol

  • Filterability prior to production

  • Sterility after production

  • We have 2 state of the art filtration systems allowing us to ensure wine is ready prior to bottling.

Quality Control

 

Quality Control Checks are run every half an hour.

  • Alcohol

  • Visual appearance including label height

  • Torque testing on caps

  • Vacuity Test

  • Fill Height/Volume Control Checks

  • Bottles and cans are rinsed pre-filling. Still wine bottles are rinsed with Nitrogen and Sparkling wine and
    cans are rinsed with C02.

Post Production

 

Date coding bottles, cans and cartons.

Our facility has the ability to palletize product for domestic and export markets with slip sheeting ability for
export pallets.
